He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert, Sr. Snitch and Agnes Snitch; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew (Mandee) and Todd (Nichole); and his brother W. Lenard, Jr. (Ann). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
