It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael V. Phillips of Ocean View, Delaware, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Phillips and Blair Phillips Momm; and his sister Susan Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Laura of Edgewater, Maryland; his daughter Tammy Berry; his son-in-law Mike of Virginia Beach, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Andrew Phillips (Ashley Huber), Garrett Phillips (Elizabeth), Meagan (Colby Snyder) and Michael; and his sister Patricia Bucheimer of Frederick.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church in Severna Park (611 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Severna Park, MD 21146).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Mike's memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or Delaware Hospice.
