He was predeceased by: his wife Martha. He is survived by: his daughter Kerry Case; his son-in-law Brandon Case; and his grandchildren, Sadie and Max Case.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a plant or tree, as they will be creating a memorial garden in his honor.
