Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (121 W Park Pl, Newark, DE 19711). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
