It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine M. Hutchison of Odessa, Delaware, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Connell and Pearl May Connell; her siblings, Norman Connell, Robert Connell and Carolyn Friedel; her former life partner Eugene Fretz; her children, Larry Eugene Fretz (Carroll) and Kathleen Fretz Chas (Joe); her grandchildren, Jason Fretz (Lauren), Nathan Fretz (Regan), Cristin Wittland (Brad), Amanda Chas-Crooker (Curt) and Drew Chas (Amy); her husband Norman Hutchison; and her stepdaughter Sandy Wallis.

She is survived by : her sister Gertrude McCombs. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
