It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy U Williams of Odessa, Delaware, who passed away on May 17, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl R. Unruh and Ruth A. Unruh; and her siblings, Carl "Reed" Unruh, Jr., Carlene U. Foraker, Linda A. Riddagh and Marth Unruh-Wilfong.
She is survived by: her son Earl "E. B." B. Bowman, III (Wanda) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Earl B. Bowman, IV (Maria) of New Castle, Zachary R. Bowman, Garrett R. Bowman and Shelby; her siblings, R. Victor David and Karen U. Lepkowski (Franny) of Clayton; her nephew H. Russell Zern, Jr. of Odessa; and her niece Amy L. LaBerge of Smyrna. She is also survived by great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home (212 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
