He was predeceased by : his parents, William II and Marie Justice (Goodwin); his wife Gloria Marie Justice; his brother William E. Justice III; and his stepdaughter Janice Dick.

He is survived by : his children, Charles Louis Justice, Jr., Teresa VanKirk and Nancy Justice; his stepchildren, James Curtis, Donna Moore and Mona Bream; and his sister Rosemarie Hastings. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
