Frances Irwin Cowgill Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Irwin Cowgill of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cowgill and Anne Cowgill; her sisters, Ellen Peden (Bill) and Betty Ellison; her nephews, Gene Ellison and John Peden; and her great-niece Anniston Peden.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth (late Curt); her brother-in-law Gene Ellison; and her nieces and nephews, Trippi (Karen), Debbie (Mike), Niki (Gary), Beth (Tom), Matt (Marcia), Jimmy, Susan and Karen. She is also survived by 18 grand nieces and nephews and 20 great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church or the Village Improvement Association.
