He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Horgan and Anne Horgan (Dougherty). He is survived by: his wife Linda Horgan (Cox); his daughters, Colleen Barthel (Brian) of Burke, VA and Sharon Horgan (Shayne Sewell) of Asheville, NC; his granddaughters, Jessica Kisonas (Denas) of Charlotte, NC, Christina Barthel of Baltimore, MD and Kimberly Barthel of Burke, VA; his great grandchild Lukas Kisonas; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Salamone of Brooklawn, NJ, Kim Cox of Westminster, CA and James Cox (Kim) of Westminster, CA. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Edmond Catholic Church (409 King Charles Ave, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
