He was predeceased by: his father Larry E. Knauer Sr.; his grandparents, Lewis, Pearl Knauer and Edward Fordham; and his uncle Gary Knauer.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Kaye Ross (William); his sister Angela Garrity (Kaye); his daughters, Taylor Melchior, Karissa Knauer and Jemma Knauer; his grandmother Edith McDade; his godson Gavin Bielicki; and his nephew Cameron Garrity. He is also survived by many aunts, cousins.
