He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Lewis and Judith Lewis (Bratton). He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Poplos (Mike) and Francis Lewis (Deb); his siblings' children, Stephanie, Katie, Alexis, Zach, Aiden and Garrett; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayden, Andrew, Brandon, Preston, Kaidence and Jerryd; his aunt Lucy; and his cousins, Caron, Colene and Heather.
Masks are required and social distancing protocols must be observed by all persons attending or participating in any part of the services held at the funeral home.
