She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Fizzano and Louise Fizzano (Jenkins). She is survived by: her significant other Dr. H. Bruce Carrick of Rehoboth Beach; her daughters, Dr. Melissa J. Carrick (Zeke Phillips) of Baltimore, MD and Crista Mahoney (Michael) of Sherborn, MA; her grandchildren, Anna and Carrick Mahoney of Sherborn, MA.; and her siblings, Nancy Kaufmann (Gary) of Naples, FL, Novella Campsey (Sam) of Deerfield Twp, Nanette Iannelli of West Chester, PA, Neysa Tiger (Eric) of Downingtown, PA and John Fizzano (Michele) of West Chester, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
