We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2022, at the age of 79, Rachel Ann Powell of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, born in Grafton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Louden and Martha Lucille Louden; and her brother James Louden. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Edward Powell; her children, Shawn Powell (Laurel) of Rockville, MD, Tina Powell of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Kevin Powell (Christy) of Rockville, MD; her grandchildren, Megan Brannan (Justin), Shannon Powell, Brandon Powell, Ryan Powell (Tori), Thomas Powell and Natalie Powell; her great grandchild Daisy Powell; and her sister Nancy Coffman of Annapolis, MD..
