He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Kempf and Kathyrn Kempf (Gulmi). He is survived by: his wife Mary Sandra "Sandy" Kempf (Sandy); his children, Gwendolyn D. Aboutboul and Richard T. Kempf; his granddaughters, Lee of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Noa Aboutboul of Rehoboth Beach, DE; and his sister Virginia Goger of Virginia.
