It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Veronica Theresa Kiernan of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Martin Keefe; and her siblings, Martin Keefe and Maryellen Keefe (James J. Kiernan). She is survived by: her mother Mary Keefe; her husband Jimmy Kiernan; her daughters, Jennifer (Jay Bastian), Kathy (Michael Newcomb) and Maryellen Kiernan (Amy Kiernan); her grandchildren, Molly Bastian, Jake Bastian, Quint Bastian, Matthew Newcomb, Morgan Newcomb and Ellis Kiernan; her niece Carla Dolan; and her sister-in-law Leslie (Hank Giles).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Edmond Catholic Church (409 King Charles Ave, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
