She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Johnson and Mary Johnson; and her sister Shirley R. Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Gerhart J. "Dutch" Muhlena; her brothers, Richard Johnson and Phillip Johnson; her children, Phyllis A. Bradley (Steve), Janet L. Hall (Keith), Paul V. Muhlena and Mark D. Muhlena; her grandchildren, Amanda Shank (Ryan), Katie Hall, Nick Bradley and Tyler Bradley (Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Kayleigh, James, Harper, Elliana, Bennett and Jace; and her siblings-in-law, David Muhlena (Pat), Kenneth Muhlena (Cindy) and Judy McCoy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
