It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Vincent Phillips Sr. of Seaford, Delaware, who passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Albert farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Albert is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Phillips and Addie Phillips (King); his wife Mary Phillips; and his son Thomas Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Ellen Smith, Mary Wallace (Paul), Albert Phillips, Jr. (Tammy), Beverly Wells (Ben) and Anna Rossington (Mark); and his pet Tater. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
