He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Conaway, Sr. and Katherine Parsons Conaway; his former wife Donna Fay Hill Conaway; his son Craig Andrew Conaway; his brother Roland E. Conaway; and his siblings-in-law, Betty R. Conaway, Doris Jean Conaway and Vernon Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Dykes Conaway; his daughter Sondra Ann Messick; his daughter-in-law Brenda Whaley Conaway; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Andrew Conaway, Robert Bagwell and Morgan Vanderwende; his stepgrandchildren, Diana Real, Brittany Hitch, John Hitch, Lily Burritt and Juliet Burritt; his great grandchildren, Damonte Walker and Jaggar Real; and his siblings, Ronald R. Conaway, Madeline Hudson, Darlene Tapman (Bryan) and Joanne Mitchell (Donald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
