It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Messick Turner of Seaford, Delaware, who passed away on April 26, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Creston Messick and Elsie Messick (LeCates); her husband Hamilton "Bill" Turner; her stepson William George "Billy" Turner; her brother Marvin Messick; her son-in-law Donald "Pash" Hudson; and her brother-in-law Charles Thomas "Butch" Workman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Hudson and Bonnie Cook; her stepson Hamilton Meade "Sonny" Turner Jr. (June); her siblings, Brenda Workman and Everett Messick (Bonnie); her sister-in-law Jeannie Messick; her grandchildren, Kenny Hudson (Stacy), Brent Hudson (Paula), Michael Hudson (Jessica), Amy Womack (Jonathan) and John William Turner; her great grandchildren, Jessica Hudson, Evan Hope, Cory Hudson, Taylor Hudson, Josh Hudson, Ava Womack, Tinley Womack, Lexi Womack, Colton Womack and Natalie Cook; and her great great grandchild Kylee Wood. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
