With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy J. Shockley Sr. of Seaford, Delaware, who passed away on September 29, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cleveland Shockley and Daisy Hayman Shockley. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Shockley of Seaford; his children, Billy J. Shockley Jr. of Seaford and Patricia A. Jester (Robert Jester) of Federalsburg; his grandchildren, Brandy Gongloff (Adam), Billy J. Shockley III, Amanda Harris (Greg), Courtney Jester (Kevin) and Seth Shockley; and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Kennedy, Wesley, Reagan and Adley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations in his memory to the Seaford Elks Lodge.
