She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Davis (Jim) and Charlie Shaffer (Linda); her children, David Burtelle (Mariel), Michael Burtelle (Franchesca) and Audrey Carlisle (Ricky); her grandchildren, Eric Fourquet (Yasmeen), Yady Butler (Gerrod), Ann Fourquet, Austin Burtelle (Sarah), Aaron Burtelle (Laura), Ethan Burtelle, Kayla Carlisle, Ricky Carlisle (Megan) and Hayden Carlisle; her great grandchildren, June, Isabel, Josie, Gabriella, Oliver, Aleia, Raela, Brinleigh, Cash, Hadley and Oaklee; and her nieces and nephews, Matthew, Gene (GC), Jeremy, Jimmy, Kimberly and Alexis.
