He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Anthony Neithardt II and Florence Neithardt (Riccardi); and his son Steven Joseph Neithardt. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Neithardt (Jaggers); and his sons, Christopher Neithardt, Michael Neithardt and James Neithardt.
