He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Wall, (Powell) and Charles Henry Wall, Sr. of George's County. He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Hoffman); his sister-in-law Ruth Neff (Hoffman); his children, Bobbi Reeves (Rodney) and Chuck Wall, III (Kim); his granddaughters, Wendy, Jessica and Erica; and his great grandchild Aiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
