We are sad to announce that, on April 9, 2024, at the age of 88, Darlene Kay Hill of Seaford, Delaware, born in Cambridge, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Hill; her sister Shirley Cobis (John); and her parents, William L. Shorter and Evelyn L. Burton Shorter. She is survived by: her sons, Granville Ritchie Woodland, Jr. (Karen) and James K. Woodland (Denise); and her stepchildren, LeRoy Hill, Jr. (Linda), Garry Hill and Vicki Hill McCarthy (Jim). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren/step-grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren/step-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Christ Lutheran Church in Seaford or to your favorite charity.
