He was predeceased by: his father Levin Roger; and his siblings, Daniel O. Allen and Patricia Eskridge. He is survived by: his grandson Zeke; his close friend Wanda Trice; his son Zack Allen (Katie); his grandchildren, Dylan and Violet; his brother Steve Allen; his children, Austin, Macy, Aubrey, Brianna and Bristol; and his grandchild Spuck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
