He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Diehl and Marguerite Diehl; his brother Wallace Diehl; his daughter Michele Eder; and his granddaughter Victoria Stephens.
He is survived by : his wife Carlteen Diehl; his children, James Diehl (Jelai) and Tabitha Nichols (David); and his grandchildren, Kayleigh Satterfield, Christina Diehl, Liam Nichols, Isabella Diehl, Cullen Nichols, Kaia Nichols, Remi Nichols and Archer Diehl.
