He was predeceased by: his parents, John Helman and Lois A. Fenstermaker Muth; and his brother Jeffrey K. Muth. He is survived by: his wife Robin Fenstermaker; his stepson Ryan Ulp (Denise); and his siblings, John Muth, Ronald Helman, John Helman, Tracey Wigg (David) and Deb Hawes (Kevin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
