She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Warren and Laura Warren; her daughter Tammy O'Day; and her siblings, Hubert Warren, Deloris Fleming (Fleming) and Celeste Spies (Spies).

She is survived by: her husband William A. O'Day; her son William "Billy" O'Day (Robin); her grandchildren, Brock, Rachel and Bryce; her great grandchild Rebecca "Becky" Adams (Patrick); her grandchildren, Zachary, Zane and Ashley; and her sister Lucille Coffin (Coffin).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made in Donna's memory to Woodland Community Church.
