He was predeceased by: his parents, Candie Foskey and Aireanna Foskey. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; and his children, Frank, Asli Eastman, James, Ginni Eastman, Jonathan Kendall, Gerri Kendall, Stephen Kendall, Cassidy Foskey, Cadence Foskey and Dennis Foskey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
