He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Roach Brown and Milton Smith; his daughter Darl Purnell; and his brother William Brown. He is survived by: his brother Rodney Brown (Marilyn) of Boston, MA.; and his children, Faith Dillion of Virgina, Marcella Nichols of Seaford, DE, Tara Stratton Jones of Seaford, DE, Tamara Allendorf of Boston, MA, Alamar Brown of Florida, Damon Martel of Boston, MA. and Jordan Hershey of Boston, MA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
