She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Wright, Sr. and Mary E. Cannon McCray; and her brothers, Russell Cannon, Willie Wright Jr. and Henry Lee Wright.

She is survived by : her spouse Thomas Orville Jackson Sr.; and her children, Thomas O. Jackson Jr. of Laurel and Jilda C. Jackson of Wallingford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
