He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey P. Kimbrough, Sr. and Mary Posey Kimbrough; his former wife Wilma Binford of Birmingham; and his siblings, Mary Ann and James.

He is survived by: his wife Suzanne. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Harvey's name to the Library at the Manor House 1001 Middleford, Rd, Seaford, DE 19973.
