We are sad to announce that, on April 23, 2022, at the age of 83, Howard Allen (Seaford, Delaware) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Howard Scott Allen and William Mark Allen; his parents, Wilbert Allen and Marie Allen-Passwaters; his stepfather William Passwaters (Bill); his wife Marjorie McBride Allen; his son Jeffrey; and his grandchildren, Devon, Blake, Travis (Bridgeville), Branagh (Seaford) and Sydney (Arizona).
