James Robert Russum Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 26, 2022, at the age of 71, James Robert Russum of Seaford, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Russum; his brother Tommy; his grandson David; and his daughter Skeeter. He is survived by: his girlfriend Patsy Jarvis; his sister-in-law Gladys Russum; and his children, Julie Kent (Charles), Patty Palmer (Keith), Tammy Covington (Tony) and Tommy (Pam). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions to be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses to Patsy Jarvis, 28129 Line Road, Seaford, Delaware 19973.
