Jane E. Tate Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jane E. Tate of Seaford, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall "Doc" Carpenter and Sadie Carpenter (Bailey); and her husband Norman L. Tate. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Josh Harris, Jamie Harris, Jon Harris, Clay Amidon (Laura), Courtney Tate, Jenna (Tate) and Baynum (Cameron); and her great grandchildren, Ryan Amidon, Ava Amidon, Trent Amidon, Noble Harris, Nolan Harris, Toryn Harris and Presley Shockley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Seaford Ladies Auxiliary.
