She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgie O'Neal and Edward O'Neal. She is survived by: her siblings, Delores, Ernest, Donald Lee and David O'Neal; her husband David; her son Robert T. Marvel; her siblings, Loretta Davis of Gastonia, N. C. and Edward O'Neal of Millsboro; her sons, David (Linda) of Lincoln, Nehemiah of Delmar and Sidney of Seaford; and her grandchildren, Sidney, Corey, Lindsay, Steven, Jasmine, Kayla and Kylie.
