John Douglas Figgs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Douglas Figgs (Seaford, Delaware), who passed away on October 2, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Figgs and Dorothy Figgs (Gordy); his brothers, Robert Howard and James (Jimmy); Charles and Anne Munzert.
He is survived by: his wife Cyndie; his children, Lisa Chandler (Chad) of Glen Allen, VA and Greg Figgs (Stephanie) of Lewes, DE; his grandchildren, Braxton Wilson Figgs and Delaney Jackson Chandler; his sister Pat (Bill Caldwell) of Seaford; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Munzert (Susan) of Kent. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to two local organizations Doug held great passion for: Seaford Kiwanis Club (P.O. Box 1017, Seaford, DE 19973) or Seaford Community Concert Association (P.O. Box 337, Seaford, DE 19973).
