It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Levin Allen Williams (Seaford, Delaware), who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Levin A. "Buddy" Williams Jr. and Alice M. Williams; his siblings, Wendy and Charles; and his great grandchild Quinn.
He is survived by: his brother William K. Dukes "Bill"; his wife Jean; his daughters, Tammy Reagan (Scott) and Patty Esterson; and his great grandchildren, Sharon, Matthew Esterson, Katey Reagan, Patrick, Kristen Tune, Kenny and Jessica Kinsell.
