She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Martin and Edna Martin; her son SSgt E. Michael Demarest; and her daughter-in-law Dorcas Demarest. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Demarest (Irene), Daniel Demarest, Grace McMonagle (Brian) and Vernon "Butch" Edmonds (Kelly); and her siblings, James Martin, Sandy Adams and Beth Martin. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
