It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melton Reed (Seaford, Delaware), who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Melton shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Melton farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Reed, Sr. and Edith E. Reed. He is survived by: his child Latronn Reed; and his siblings, William H. "Billy" Reed, Sidney Reed, Irvin Reed, Byron Reed and Diane Reed. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
