He is survived by: his wife Jacklyn Fagan (Smelser); his son Sean Fagan of Land; his grandsons, Jared Fagan and Brady Fagan; his son Eric Fagan of Lothian; his grandson Jackson Fagan; his stepsons, Stephen Kuykendall of Martinsburg, WV and David Kuykendall of Shippensburg, PA; and his sisters, Susan Fagan of Westerville, Mary Ann Kraemer (Joe Couey) of Bethel Park and Kate Fagan of Upper St. He is also survived by family members and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to: St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place.
