He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Tully and Frances M. Tully (Haberl); his siblings, John B. Tully, Suzanne DiMuzio, Hazel Rager and Patricia Kellum; and his granddaughter Christian R. Fenchak.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon (McGee); his sister Kathleen (Joseph Gruss) of Summerhill, PA; his children, Charles B. Tully (Sherri), Ranell (Michael Fenchak) of Mineral Point, PA, Deanna (Doug Unger) and Kimberly; his grandchildren, John Morgan, Amber John, Autumn Tully, Kayla, Aaron Fenchak, Brent, Heather Lowskowski, Colton, Dawson Stevens, Chelsea Davidson of Anthony Zack, D. J., Shane and Owen Murray; and his goddaughter Jessica Scott. He is also survived by great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
