He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovil Bolling and Helen Bolling. He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his children, Tracy and Lee; his stepchildren, Tina and Tim; and his sister Pam. He is also survived by nephew; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
