He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mortillaro and Salvatora Mortillaro; and his wife Peggy. He is survived by: his sons, Louis and Daniel Mortillaro; his grandchildren, Vincent, Timothy and Jessica; and his sister Connie Pierelli.
