He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lee Vickers, Jr. (Samantha) of Bridgeville, DE and Riley Taylor Lowe (Thorn) of Bridgeville, DE; his grandchildren, Waylon Micheal Vickers and Joslyn Elise Gates; and his sister Vicky Faye Niblett (Vickers). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
