He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Quillen and Edna Quillen (Hudson); and his wife Barbara Quillen. He is survived by: his son Alan M. Quillen (Debbie Quillen); his sister Lois Davis (Jim Sturgis); his grandson Justin Quillen (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Brady, Wyatt and Ryleigh. He is also survived by two nieces and other extended family members and friends.
