He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Amidon and Helen Amidon; and his sister Cathy Powell. He is survived by: his wife Anne Mulrooney; his son Clay Amidon (Laura); his grandchildren, Ryan, Ava and Trent; his stepchildren, David Ingalls (Jess) and Kristin O'Connor (Vince); his stepgrandchildren, Harper, Bailey and Ensley; and his niece Sarah Conlan (Brian).
