We are sad to announce that, on April 17, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Caroline McKelvey of Seaford, Delaware, born in Bethel, Delaware. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Velma P. Airey; her grandparents, Rial and Elsie Phillips; her husband Robert M. McKelvey (Church); and her brothers, Billy, Bobby and Vernon Shorter.
She is survived by: her daughter Terry Lee M. Tull (Steve); her grandchildren, Heather L. Tull (Justin) and Steven "Stevie" R. Tull II; and her close friend Jack Mears.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, masks are required and social distancing protocols must be observed by all persons participating in any aspect of the services.
