He was predeceased by: his brother Robert W. Evans. He is survived by: his wife Terri L. Evans (Taylor); his daughter Jennifer H. King; his son-in-law James W. King of Laurel, DE.; his children, Ryan W. Evans (Danielle Leverage) of Laurel, DE. and Emily B. Evans of Laurel, DE.; his grandchildren, Taylor Paige, Lillee Grace, Eywa Brent and Talis Orion; and his great grandchild Kaycen Jones.
