She was predeceased by: her father William Hartman; her husband Harold Franklin Isaacs; and her sisters, Helen Watts and Norma Danley. She is survived by: her mother Berle Greenley; her stepchildren, Bruce Isaacs (Laura) of Houston, TX, Susan Isaacs of Beaverton, OR and Patricia Grimes (Michael) of Toronto, Canada.; her grandchildren, Thomas Isaacs (Caroline), Daniel Isaacs, William and Elizabeth Grimes; her great grandchildren, Owen, Ethan and Madeline Isaacs; and her siblings, Patricia Wilson and William Hartman, Jr.. She is also survived by mother and grandmother.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home (300 N Shipley St, Seaford, DE 19973). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Manor House (1001 Middleford Rd, Seaford, DE 19973).
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made in Shirley's name to either your local SPCA, the Seaford District Library (600 N Market St Ext, Seaford, DE), or the Manor House Library Fund (1001 Middleford Rd, Seaford, DE).
